Returns and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of purchase. Holiday Season purchases will be final sale. (1 Nov-6 Jan)

 Vientos the Shop does not refund any method payment. You will be given a credit for the total amount of your purchase including taxes. The credit shall be redeemed in 30 days otherwise it will expire. The itself shall be redeemed in full.

 Merchandise obtained with a store credit has no change. Will be considered a final sale.

 To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 Merchandise sold in a physical store that you have tested or measured and made the purchase decision cannot be exchanged or returned.

 We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange without reasonable reason.

 Special or promotional merchandise is final sale.

 Merchandise selected for store pickup has a maximum of 5 days to make any changes or returns.

 You will be responsible for paying your shipping cost to return your item and also the cost of the desired item. Shipping costs are not refundable.


RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of items that are exempt from being returned; Items such as accessories, jewelry, and swimwear cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return.
